Today's student has a very busy schedule with school work, social life and extracurricular activities. Many students have lost their enjoyment for learning because they have less time for fun.

Do you find that your are so stressed out from all of these demands that your mind is often thinking or worrying about something else instead of paying attention to what you are doing in each moment?

These pressures not only prevent you from performing your best in school or in your extracurricular activities, but can also negatively affect your health and emotional well-being. Statistics indicate that students are suffering from depression, hypertension, obesity and attention deficit at a very young age.

Mindfulness meditation can help you to reduce stress, anxiety and depression. Plus it improves mental clarity and focus, and increases emotional stability so you can get off the "emotional rollercoaster". With a calmer and clearer mind, you will be much more effective in meeting your daily challenges.

Whom We Work With

Schools and Learning Centers - Through group programs designed with specific focus for students. (Either independent of the school programs or incorporated into the regular school programs.)

Individual Students - One-on-one sessions to address personal issues that are keeping you from achieving your personal best, in addition to specific academic concerns that are covered in the group sessions.

Students and Family - Our family sessions are designed to reduce tension from daily stresses and create harmony and improved dynamics among family members. Learning to calm the minds together as a family can promote closer ties and better understanding as each family member becomes more responsive and less reactive to the others' experiences.

You recognize that to excel in school is not only a matter of doing the work, it is important to be able to stay focused, present and calm. You understand that your mental strength plays a critical role to help you effectively meet all the academic challenges.

You are ready to make the time to do the work. To improve your academic performance, emotional and physical well-being, you are willing to dedicate 20 minutes a day for regular practice to develop your mental strength.

You understand that there are no quick fixes. The benefits are a direct result of your consistent efforts towards practice.
